Colombia is a staple of coffee producing origins and is becoming one of the foundational offerings for Integrity both as an origin and in some of our blends. This specific origin comes from the region of Nariño, known for it's unique climate conditions that directly effect the quality of the coffee's that are grown there. We found the right balance of flavors such as almond, cocoa, and lemon right at the line between a light and medium roast level.
