Integrity is a tough commitment. It's a name that bears a lot of responsibility. Our name is our mission, and it's a tight rope that we've chosen to balance the weight of our business upon.
With that being said, there are a few missional areas that we've committed ourselves to with the understanding that any compromise would inevitably break the strands we're standing on.
- Integrity Coffee is more than the coffee we roast and sell. It’s community, sustainability, and it’s providing an all-around great time.
- Representation is important to us. This means diversity in where we source, in who we staff, and in how we market.
- We aim to source coffee beans that are ethically and sustainably farmed through direct relationships with our farmers.
- We love Louisville and its many neighbors. Our centralized location means greater reach, which ultimately means greater impact. So, we’re starting small, but we’re shooting for the Midwestern moon.
