ABOUT US

Officially launched in 2017, Integrity Coffee Roasters got its start over ten years ago when Founder Blake Carlson got his first barista job at just 17 years old.

Passionate about the journey of coffee from growth to service, Blake set out to learn the process of roasting on his own. 

Beginning with an air popper and a few "horrific failures,” Blake learned to master the variables of roasting and eventually graduated to a small drum roaster when he decided to open his own roasting business with his wife, Jaime. 

Integrity Coffee was birthed out of a passion for coffee, people, and community and is today 100% family owned and operated in the Louisville Metro area.
